Q&A

Q: How do apprentices buy tickets?

A: Click on this link and it will take you to Eventbrite to BUY tickets

Q: What if my employer is a sponsor? Do I need to buy tickets?

A: This will depend on your employer – as sponsors it is up to them to allocate their sponsor tickets. So, check with your employer first, otherwise go to the link above and get in early this year.

Q: When will the finalists be known or announced?

A: On the night of the Awards event – Thursday 14th November. No announcements will happen before the night – so make sure you are at the Awards night to share in the celebrations!

Q: What do tickets cost? And what do I get for my ticket?

A: Cost $30 plus a small booking fee of $2.67 so $32.67 per ticket. You will get an amazing night, with a fantastic guest speaker booked for this year PLUS a light meal (three choices per person served to the table)

Q: Will there be a prize for the best apprentice speech this year?

A: Absolutely as this has been part of the history of the Awards and we have had great feedback on how well apprentices do and put out the challenge to others – so a big YES

Q: Will the photo’s from the night be available? Say for a copy for my mum and dad for xmas?

A: All of the ETC photo’s taken on the night will be sent to ETC within a few days. They will be available from ETC at no cost and you may like on for your boss as well!!

Q: What’s the dress code for the night? Jeans?

A: For apprentices, as we put on the nomination form – a high standard of dress is required. IT is NOT a black tie event. However, clean, smart and tidy. Preferable no work boots, frayed jeans! Be prepared for photo’s. Apprentices please remember you are representing your employers and families – so ask them, I’m sure you will get some good advice…
